Again with subtlety rogues, it may appear to compete somewhat with runes of death in your rotation as runes of death will cause your first shadowstrike to crit, but the increased damage and energy regen make it so that using runes before your opener is still the most effective use of runes, allowing you to get more globals into your Master Assassin window and increasing the damage of those crits. This may seem obvious to some, but as a Subtlety rogue your Shadow Dance will not trigger the Master Assassin effect (talk about OP :p). This item adds 100% to your current crit score, it does not double your current crit score, EX Out of stealth I have 23% crit - in stealth I have 123% crit.
